Meaford Plays Host To The Legendary John McDermott

The Great Tenor
The great Canadian tenor, John McDermott is coming to our town this Saturday.
No doubt he’ll do his stirring and emotional rendition of Danny Boy along with many of the other songs and ballads we all love so much.
He’ll be performing just around the corner from reeds rstaurant.bar on Saturday evening (8p.m.) - at our beautiful Meaford Hall on main street.
John, who used to work for the Toronto Sun has become a legend in his own time and his concerts are almost always sold out completely.
Why not drop into reeds for a cocktail and an early dinner and stroll down to the theatre and catch this amazing singer, whose music has inspired millions.

John’s support for war veterans is also legendary, so his visit to our community has extra special meaning. America awarded John the Congressional Medal of Honour for his support of Veterans and we think he ought to get The Order of Canada.
